My background is paired with decades of working within vital roles of the real estate industry, including home loans, title & escrow, transaction coordinating and loan document signing. My hands-on experience ensures your transaction and closing processes are completely seamless.
What really sets my practice apart is my specialized expertise in new construction and interior design. For over 10 years, I’ve worked directly inside the new home building industry, serving as a New Home Sales Consultant, Design Studio Manager, and Interior Design Consultant. I know the building process from the inside out. Providing you with a deep understanding of the value of your upgrade investments. Offering a powerful insider perspective when negotiating the purchase or sale of your home. My business is built on listening closely and understanding your unique needs, allowing me to use my strong negotiation skills to your absolute advantage.
